MRI Atlas — Medical Anatomy Viewer The most comprehensive MRI-based anatomy reference for medical students, radiologists, clinicians, and anatomy educators. Navigate real MRI slices with precision tools built for clinical learning. REAL MRI. REAL ANATOMY. Study actual MRI datasets across multiple body regions — Head & Neck, Spine, Upper Limb, Trunk, Lower Limb, and full body reference (Visible Human). Every slice is annotated with anatomical structures using Terminologia Anatomica 2 (TA2) naming standards used worldwide. Browse Axial, Coronal, and Sagittal views simultaneously with our synchronized multi-panel layout — the same workflow used in clinical PACS viewers and OsiriX. FEATURES DESIGNED FOR SERIOUS LEARNERS Multi-View Navigation Axial, Coronal, Sagittal — scroll through slices in any plane. Synchronized crosshair localizer keeps all three views aligned in real time, exactly like clinical radiology workstations. Anatomical Structure Overlay Color-coded polygon overlays on every slice. Tap any structure to instantly identify it. Toggle visibility, isolate individual structures, or show/hide entire categories. Measurement Tools Professional-grade tools: Length, Bidirectional, Ellipse, Circle, Angle, Freehand ROI, Arrow annotation, and free-text annotation. Drag labels, adjust handles, measure in mm with custom calibration. Window / Level Control Adjust Window Width and Window Center to optimize contrast for bone, soft tissue, brain, or lung — just like real DICOM viewers. Presets included for instant switching. Quiz Mode — Test Your Knowledge Cover the labels and challenge yourself to identify every structure. Drag-and-drop answer tokens onto the correct anatomy. Get instant feedback and track your score. Perfect for exam preparation. Search & Filter Instantly search any anatomical structure across all slices and views. Filter by category, sort by relevance or slice count. Thumbnail previews show exactly which slices contain your result. 12 Languages Supported Study in your language: English, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French, Arabic, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, German, Vietnamese. Toggle between TA2 Latin and English common names at any time. Image Tools Rotate, flip horizontal/vertical, invert colors, zoom, pan, and use the magnify glass for close-up inspection — all non-destructive. Capture & Share Screenshot any view and save to your device. Export measurement reports for study notes or clinical discussion. SUBSCRIPTION Full access requires a subscription.
