Guru Me vs Lucky Countdown

Welcome to Guru Me – Meditation as a Path to Soul Connection Step into a space of inner stillness, realignment, and awakening.
Guru Me is more than a meditation app — it’s a companion on your spiritual path, lovingly crafted by a certified meditation teacher, energy healer, and specialist counsellor with over 30 years of experience in guiding people toward inner transformation. Whether you seek peace, power, clarity, or deeper connection with your soul — this app is for you. What’s Inside? 1. Three Guided Meditations (15 minutes each)
Each meditation is a complete energetic journey, recorded with a calm and soothing voice, supported by a soft OM background sound to help realign your nervous system and quiet the mind. Special Note: The OM background was recorded live during my second teaching tour in Finland/Lapland (2023), capturing the vibration of a deep and authentic group meditation experience. Relaxation:
Melt away stress and tension. Ground your energy and return to presence with deep breathing and gentle body awareness Energy Boost:
Recharge your inner power. Ideal for mornings, midday fatigue, or moments when your energy feels scattered or low. Focus:
Sharpen your attention and calm mental noise. Designed for clarity, creative flow, and presence before work, study, or sacred practice. These sessions are perfect for daily use — bringing balance to your day, wherever you are. 2. Kriya Yoga Chakra Activation (30 minutes)
A sacred practice rooted in the ancient teachings of Babaji and Paramahansa Yogananda, recorded and guided with care and precision. This session includes: 108 OM chakra activations, following the precise Kriya sequence — awakening your energetic centers from the root to the crown and back. Guided rhythmic breathing and focused attention into each chakra — activating your subtle energy body. A deep silent phase following the Kriya practice — allowing you to enter stillness, feel the expansion of your inner space, and rest in the presence of your own soul. This is a transformative spiritual experience — not just a technique — inviting profound alignment, clarity, and upliftment. Why Guru Me?
