Evoke Brain Training vs Neurotren

Evoke Brain Training is a wellness app that enables you to access brain training programs assigned to you by your neuro coach. It allows you to train your brain using auditory and visual feedback. Disclaimer: This app is not meant to be a medical app, please seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.

THINKING IS A TRAINABLE MUSCLE You use ChatGPT to write. Copilot to code. AI to summarize, decide, remember. It's making you faster. Is it making you sharper? But it's not just AI. Same route to work. Same routine every morning. Days that blur into each other. Neurotren is a quick daily workout for the muscle you're not using enough — your own mind. NOT ANOTHER SCREEN GAME Most brain-training apps have you tap a screen, match some shapes, feel smart for five minutes. Whether that transfers to real life has never been convincingly shown. Neurotren happens IRL — while you brush your teeth, walk to your next meeting, order coffee. Real actions, real cognitive load, zero extra time carved out of your day. GROUNDED IN REAL RESEARCH, NOT VAGUE SCIENCE-Y CLAIMS Our Flagship collection is built around real, named, cited studies — the Stroop effect, Miller's "magical number seven," and more. We tell you exactly what each challenge is based on. No unnamed "studies show." No exaggerated promises. FIVE ZONES. ONE DAILY RITUAL Neuro · Focus · Memory · Creativity · Awareness — five tracks, one free every day, all five with Premium. No screen games. No 40-minute assessments. NO STREAK GUILT Life happens. Miss a day and Neurotren protects your streak instead of punishing you for being human. TRAIN WITH FRIENDS, NOT AGAINST A LEADERBOARD See who's training today. Send a friendly nudge. No public rankings, no pressure — just quiet accountability. WHAT YOU GET: - 1 free challenge every day, forever - Premium: full daily training across all 5 zones, weekly progress recap, detailed category history This isn't a medical device and it doesn't diagnose, treat, or measure any medical or psychological condition. Any in-app scores are self-reported and for personal reflection only — not a clinical assessment. It's a daily habit for people who want to stay the sharpest person in the room — including when the room has an AI in it.
