ArchFix
Read full descriptionHide full description
ArchFix is a mobile application that helps users identify potential signs of flatfoot and supports maintaining healthy feet through guided exercise programs. The app allows users to easily create and analyze their own footprint at home using just a piece of paper and either paint or a wet foot. The uploaded photo is processed by an algorithm that detects the footprint and evaluates it using established orthopedic assessment methods. In addition, ArchFix provides a collection of preventive and corrective exercises presented through videos and step-by-step text instructions. Users can create their own personalized exercise plans, schedule reminders, and track progress over time through repeated footprint scans. Disclaimer: ArchFix is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. It is designed to help users self-assess potential flatfoot conditions or support those already diagnosed in maintaining a regular exercise routine.

See how you move. StepSavvy turns your iPhone camera into a movement toolkit: record a short walk to look at your stride, measure your foot type from a photo, check your squat and bench form, and keep tabs on the shoes you train in. --- WALKING GAIT ANALYSIS --- Record a 10-second walk with your phone propped at hip height. Every walk gives you a Basic view of your numbers, measured on your device, with a plain-language glossary. The Clinical view (Premium) adds an AI reading of your stride in a summary you can save and compare over time. A repeatable look at how you walk -- a starting point, not a verdict. --- FOOT TYPE & SHOE SHORTLIST --- Photograph the back of your feet and get your heel angle numbers with a varus / neutral / valgus read, measured on your device. The AI foot type analysis (Premium) adds a plain-language readout of your foot type, plus a shortlist of shoes commonly paired with feet like yours. It's a list to try on, not a prescription -- your comfort is always the final judge. --- FORM CHECK FOR LIFTERS --- Upload a video of your squat or bench press and get a rep-by-rep breakdown with coaching cues on depth, bar path, tempo, and consistency. Film from the side, 3-10 reps, and see your set from the outside. --- GUIDED EXERCISE LIBRARY --- Follow along with a library of lower-body exercise videos recorded with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Build a daily routine, keep your streak alive, and let your plan adjust -- if you log discomfort, the app suggests taking it easier. Your first 5 workout days are included free; the full 5-phase course is part of StepSavvy Premium. --- TRACK WHAT MATTERS --- - Progress Score: a 0-100 snapshot of your consistency - Streaks & badges, from Week Warrior (7 days) to Centurion (100 days) - Quick daily check-ins to log how you're feeling - Shoe mileage: track wear across miles and months, with replacement reminders - Shoe suggestions matched to your foot type and walking pattern -- a starting point to try in person --- WHY STEPSAVVY? --- Most apps do one of these things. StepSavvy puts walking analysis, foot measurement, form feedback, and guided exercise in one place, so each one feeds the others. --- FREE TO USE, PREMIUM FOR THE FULL COURSE AND THE AI --- StepSavvy is free to download and free to use, with no payment method required. The free plan includes your first 5 active workout days of the DPT-guided course (a workout day counts only when you complete an exercise; rest and skipped days never use one), plus rest days, streaks and your Progress Score, pain logging and the pain map with every entry you have logged, your shoe closet with mileage tracking, manual foot measurement, photo-based heel angle readings measured on your device, and the Basic view of every walk you record. It also includes one AI gait interpretation, which unlocks once you have set up your plan and logged your first session or pain entry (one per account and per device). StepSavvy Premium adds the full 5-phase DPT-guided course beyond your free workout days, the Clinical gait view with the AI explanation on every walk, plus Form Check, the AI foot type analysis of your foot photos, AI shoe personalization, the shareable Recovery Report, your full history and longer pain trends. $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Where your Apple ID is eligible, Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.
