SailRaceAdmin vs Regatta Support

SailRaceAdmin (SRA) grew out of necessity. Gone are manual timing and writing results on paper, and manually entering them into a scoring program, instead this app automates the whole process of timing and scoring and requires only that you press a button when a boat crosses the finish line. It also integrates the Ollie Box functionality which operates for 1 or 2 division, 3 and 5 minute starts. It also includes a “Drift Detector” which alerts you to issues with the committee boat anchoring before it’s too late. As of the latest release and in conjunction with SraBuddy it provides for the quick and accurate set up of the course itself. This is a companion app for the Regatta Manager app. It allows to support a Regatta setup helping to deploy Marks to assigned latitude and longitude locations. Volunteers can use this app to receive buoy deployment assignment tasks and verify the correct deployment of the buoy at the precise location. Race organizers can use the Regatta Manager app to assign tasks to volunteers in the area.
