Supplement stacks built on evidence, not hope. myStack is a health intelligence app founded by a pharmacist with a PhD in nutrition. It reads 10,000+ human clinical studies so your choices don't come from influencer hype, retailer upsells, or generic lists. ONE GOAL IN. ONE TRUSTED STACK OUT. 1. Tell us — your goal in plain words, plus what you already take and your diet. 2. We read — every study behind a recommendation, summarized so you understand it in minutes, not hours. 3. You own it — saved, shareable with family and your provider, adjustable anytime, and auto-rechecked as your profile changes. FOUR CHECKS ON EVERY SUPPLEMENT • Interactions — screened against everything else you take before it's recommended. • Dose — the amounts that actually worked in studies, not the label's serving size. • Study strength — how solid the research is: size, design, and rigor, rated. • Fit for you — how well it matches your goal, profile, and diet. Not just what's popular. Nothing joins your stack without a verdict on all four. ONE PLACE TO EXPLORE, EVALUATE, AND BUY • Conditions — which supplements the evidence supports. • Supplements — how each one works, side effects, and research. • Research — the studies themselves: methods, results, and who funded them. • Market — third-party-tested products. Never sponsored. WHY myStack IS DIFFERENT • No ads. No sponsored products. Ever. • Your data stays private — never sold. • Caveats shown, not hidden — every study's limitations in plain language. Your first two stacks are free. For less than a bottle of the wrong supplement, Membership unlocks unlimited stacks — free for the first 14 days. myStack is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before starting supplements or changing your health routine.

The purpose of the Ohio Study application is to enable participation in the Ohio Study, conducted by researchers at The Ohio State University. The Ohio Study is intended for adolescents 13-17 years of age and investigates how adolescents’ daily activities, relationships, and social media habits influence their mental and physical well-being. This application will make it possible to estimate the time spent using the smartphone, the type of activities and applications used on a daily basis (e.g., social media, messaging, streaming) as well as the places you go. Questionnaires will also be sent to the application to learn more about the mental and physical well-being, lifestyle patterns, and personal characteristics of the participants. The knowledge gained from this study will provide information needed to develop effective interventions aimed at promoting the mental and physical well-being of adolescents.
