Fitness Forge helps you plan an evidence-informed 4-8 week training block, follow prebuilt programs, log every set, and progress your training week by week. Choose your goal, experience level, days per week, exercises per day, training units, and a five-level emphasis for every major muscle. Strength, hypertrophy, fat-loss support, muscular-endurance, and general-fitness plans use different rep ranges and rest recommendations. Higher-priority muscles receive more exercise slots and weekly sets, while lower-priority muscles use less of your weekly capacity. Every mesocycle finishes with an automatic deload week. During each workout, the prescribed RIR appears inside the empty reps field until you enter your completed reps. Loading weeks use 1-3 RIR rather than requiring muscular failure. See your previous set-by-set weight and reps above the current set table, then rate pump, soreness, workload, and joint discomfort for each muscle group. Fitness Forge combines that feedback with your completed sets to recommend the next load, rep target, set count, and RIR. Start free with eight training templates, starter planning, tracking, and exercise movement guides, then unlock full access for every template, larger plans, five-level muscle emphasis, custom exercises, the complete curated exercise library, and longer workout history. Choose from 20 original hypertrophy templates filtered by schedule, experience, specialization, and available equipment. The 131 curated exercises cover barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, Smith machines, bodyweight, resistance bands, and kettlebells. Each includes clear written setup cues and a direct video or movement-guide link. Browse by primary muscle, equipment, or movement pattern, search A-Z, and review weekly-volume guidance without fixed muscle-specific ceilings. The app links to the 2026 ACSM position stand and peer-reviewed systematic reviews used for load, volume, RIR, rest, autoregulation, and weight-loss-support settings. Curated movements include direct links to established third-party technique demonstrations. Add your own exercises with custom instructions and guide links. Apply a suggested same-muscle exercise swap with Undo or choose an alternative manually. Reorder or remove unfinished workout days and move or remove exercises during an active mesocycle without changing saved history. Use Regular or Myo-rep set styles, a ramp-up guide, workout notes, optional matching-weight fill, and an adjustable rest timer that starts when you log a set. Follow the week-by-week RIR roadmap, open recent set history from an exercise guide, and review completed sessions in the monthly workout calendar alongside weekly sets by muscle and total training volume. Copy a mesocycle with new starting recommendations based on recent logged performance. Fitness guidance is educational and not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort, and consult a qualified professional before starting a new program if you have medical concerns.
