UniqueHouse vs BB Virtual Global

UniqHouse PG App is your all-in-one solution for efficient management of your PG accommodations. Designed for both tenants and property managers, our app streamlines the entire renting process, making it easier to handle payments, track rent due dates, and access rent history.

Key Features: Simple Login - Quickly sign in using your phone number and OTP. Enrollment Access - Easily view the test series you're enrolled in at your institute. If no enrollments are found, an empty page is displayed. Test Papers - Download and view test papers from your enrolled test series, as made available by your faculty. Answer Sheet Upload - Submit your completed answer sheets for evaluation by uploading them directly through the app. Downloadable PDFs - Access and download various study materials such as e-books, question banks, and other PDFs directly within your enrolled test series for offline viewing. If no PDFs are added by the faculty, no PDFs will be available. Important Notes: Test Series Access Only - The app allows you to view your enrolled test series but does not support enrollment within the app. Institute-Based Enrollment - Access to test series is determined by BB Virtuals. Non-enrolled users will see an empty page. Evaluation - Uploaded answer sheets will be evaluated by the institute.
