LOCKD vs Propellon

We built Lockd because we were spending way too much time on our phones. Scrolling when we didn’t mean to. Checking apps out of habit. Missing the moments right in front of us. We didn’t want to delete everything or go off the grid. We just wanted something that made it easier to disconnect. How Lockd works: - Select the apps that pull you in. - Tap the Lockd Pod to block them. - Enjoy your time without distractions chasing you. Your apps stay locked until you choose to unlock them. Why Lockd? - Reduce your screen time effortlessly - Block what distracts you, not what you need - Physically separate you from attention traps - Reclaim hours of lost time without deleting apps - No tracking. No subscriptions. Full privacy. Use Lockd to: - Focus deeply at work or while studying - Enjoy phone-free evenings or mornings - Sleep better without endless scrolling - Feel present at dinner, with family, or in nature Download LOCKD and take back your time! We take your privacy seriously. Read our full policy here: https://trylockd.com/policies/privacy-policy

Propellon is the companion app for the Propellon Beacon — a Bluetooth device that automatically blocks distracting apps when you sit down to work. This app requires the Propellon Beacon hardware to function. The beacon is sold separately at getpropellon.com. HOW IT WORKS Place your Propellon Beacon on your desk. When your iPhone detects the beacon signal, Propellon applies Screen Time shields to your selected apps, blocking them at the OS level. Walk away from your desk, and they unlock automatically. No manual switching. No willpower required. WHAT YOU CAN CONFIGURE · Choose which apps to block per focus session · Create multiple groups (Work, Study, Deep Focus) · Set schedules — only block during specific days and hours · Adjust detection sensitivity with two-point zone calibration · Set lock and unlock delay (1–10 seconds) PRIVACY Propellon has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. Everything stays on your device. Bluetooth and location data are processed locally and never transmitted. Location permission (Always On) is required because Apple routes iBeacon detection through CoreLocation. No GPS coordinates are read or stored.
