DataCentral is the app for watching the US AI data center race — from Stargate-scale campuses and xAI's Colossus to the grid strain the buildout is creating. We don't pretend other companies' sites are live. Follow the buildout (free) - Buildout Pulse — sourced stories of announcements, milestones, and grid news, each with a source and an as-of date. - The Race — leaderboards ranking builders, states, and campuses by announced gigawatts. First open sets an overnight baseline rather than inventing climbers. Share a leaderboard card in a tap. - Grid — a three-state teaser ranked by the registry model, labeled "not live EIA," with MW announced and AI announced. Pro unlocks live EIA ranking. - Catalog — nationwide facilities with announced MW. Online and Building are registry status, not live health. - Your State — pick a state for its EIA residential electricity rate (labelled with the month published) shown beside announced facility MW and public proceedings. The app does not attribute rate changes to data centers. - Home Screen widgets — tracked announced capacity and the latest headline, updated in the background from a local snapshot. - One custom site to track your own facility manually. DataCentral Pro - Live facility telemetry — connect your own sites via HTTPS you supply and stream live power, utilization, and status on a real poll cadence. - Live EIA ranking — full state grid ranking from EIA-930, not the free registry teaser. - Assistant — ask about your watches, Race ranks, Grid, and Time to Power. Answers are grounded in data already in the app. - Unlimited custom data centers, with status/grid alerts and a "My Site" widget. - Energy cost modeling with customizable $/kWh. - Predictive insights and infrastructure alerts. - Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Honest data labeling - Cover copy states we don't pretend other companies' sites are live. - Pulse cards carry a source and an as-of date (for example "Updated Aug 27, 2026"). - Race ranks announced GW. Overnight Moves starts as a baseline on first open. - Free Grid is the registry model, labeled not live EIA. Rows read MW announced / AI announced. - Catalog MW is Announced. Online / Building are registry status, not live health. - Connected sites you instrument are badged LIVE with a last-updated timestamp. - Live telemetry requires a metrics endpoint you control (or a gateway you deploy). Who it's for - Investors and analysts tracking the US AI infrastructure buildout. - Enthusiasts following Stargate, Colossus, and the gigawatt race. - Infrastructure engineers and operators monitoring their own facilities. Subscription required for live connections, live EIA ranking, Assistant, and other Pro features. The Race, Pulse, registry Grid teaser, nationwide catalog, and manual custom sites remain available without a subscription.
