Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Dijlati at every 3 days against IHEC's every 3 weeks. IHEC's advantage is ratings volume (30 vs 6) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.5 for IHEC against 3.5 for Dijlati.
