What is Interslavic? - an improvised applied language that spontaneously develops in interslavic contacts; - a scientific interpolation of a hypothetical language that lies at the very center of the Slavic languages; - a modernized continuation of the common ancestor of the Slavic languages (Proto-Slavic) or its close relative, Old Church Slavonic. A bit of history In 2011, Medžuslovjanski was chosen as a common nickname for all Interslavic projects. After the merger of Slovianski and Neoslavonic in 2017, it became Medžuslovjanski. The current version of Interslavic was created in the summer of 2017 by a committee consisting of: Vojtech Merunka, Jan van Steenbergen, Roberto Lombino, Michal Svat and Pavel Skrylev. What does this application give you? - the ability to download and view interslavic words with their translations into a number of Slavic languages; - the functionality of searching for words, adding to Favorites, filtering, choosing spelling, sorting direction, as well as viewing detailed information about a word; - a mechanism for transliterating interslavic words from Latin to Cyrillic and vice versa. When developing the application, part of the code from the GitHub projects interslavic and js-utils was adapted. All rights, including translations, belong to their legal owners. The application is inspired by the online dictionary interslavic-dictionary and the official website of the interslavic language.

FinLex

Features

FinLex is the vocabulary and professional education app built for ambitious professionals — analysts, consultants, MBA candidates, and anyone serious about mastering the language of finance and law. THE 10-MINUTE TRADE You already pick up your phone 50+ times a day. Most of those moments end with you closing the app slightly worse off — emptier, more anxious, no smarter. FinLex is designed to replace those moments. Open it instead of the feed. Swipe one card. Finish one lesson. Walk away with something. The reward isn't dopamine, it's compounding knowledge — the kind that shows up later in a meeting, a contract, a pitch. Two ways to learn. Both rigorous. WORDS — Swipe through 5,000+ curated terms. Every card is hand-written, not auto-generated. Each term comes with a clean definition, phonetic guide, part of speech, synonyms, etymology, and a real-world example sentence drawn from how the term actually shows up in deals, filings, and regulation. Learn the vocabulary that matters in your work, not abstract textbook examples. COURSES — Built like an MBA module. Designed for your phone. 15 structured courses spanning corporate finance, valuation, M&A, investment banking, project finance, data visualization, public-private partnerships, and more. Highlights include: - Project Finance — capital structuring, cash flow waterfalls, debt service coverage, risk allocation, infrastructure financing - Data Visualization — chart selection, annotation, small multiples, the level-vs-delta distinction, color for meaning - Public-Private Partnerships — concession structures, BOT/BOOT models, viability gap funding, risk-sharing frameworks Each course is broken into modules, lessons, and short cards you can finish in 5 minutes between meetings. Every lesson ends with a quiz to lock in what you learned. LEVEL UP BY ACCURACY, NOT BY SCROLLING. Your level reflects how well you actually answer quizzes — not how many cards you swiped past. Earn your way up. See your accuracy, your streak, and the count of words you've truly mastered. The whole system is built around one idea: the time you give an app should give something back. FREE & FINLEX PRO Start free with a selection of courses and word cards. FinLex Pro unlocks the full library — every word card and all 15 courses — with a 7-day free trial, then a monthly, quarterly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Cancel anytime in your App Store settings. DESIGNED FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY READ. Clean Space Mono typography. Light and dark mode. Generous spacing. No banner ads. No infinite feeds. No gamified noise designed to keep you trapped. Just the content, the question, and the next card. Close it when you're done. That's the point. WHO IT'S FOR - Analysts and associates preparing for client meetings - MBA candidates studying for finance and strategy modules - Consultants who need to sound credible across industries - Anyone who wants finance and legal fluency without wading through 600-page textbooks - Anyone trying to take back the small windows of time their phone keeps stealing WHAT'S COMING We're expanding the course catalog and word library continuously.
