Stillness is a quiet meditation timer for unguided practice. It gives you structure without noise: no ads, no tracking, no subscriptions, and no account required. Build the session you actually practice. Create simple or multi-phase meditation sessions with custom intervals, chimes, sounds, and haptics. Give each interval its own chime — a soft bell to change posture, a gong to close the practice — or keep one sound throughout. Use Stillness for mindfulness meditation, autogenic training, breathwork, body scans, silent contemplation, or any practice that benefits from timed silence. Practice with your screen locked. Start a session, lock your phone, and set it down. The timer keeps running and your interval chimes sound on time, with minimal battery use. If a phone call arrives, your session pauses and resumes on its own, and the call time is not counted toward your practice. Prefer to watch the timer? Keep the screen awake instead — the choice is yours. Return to presence during the day. Scheduled reminders help you keep a daily rhythm. Spontaneous reminders arrive at unexpected moments during your active hours, gently interrupting autopilot and inviting you back to awareness. You can also keep spontaneous reminders away from scheduled sessions with a 10, 20, or 30 minute buffer. Keep your rhythm across time zones. Stillness supports reminders tied to local time or to a specific time zone. This is useful when traveling, following a fixed practice schedule, or keeping a home-time routine while away. Track progress privately. See your completed sessions, streaks, milestones, total minutes, and favorite practices. Your data stays on your device. Optional Apple Health integration can write completed sessions as Mindful Minutes when you choose to enable it. Move to a new device privately. Device Migration lets you back up sessions, statistics, reminders, and settings to your private iCloud container, restore them on a new device, and clear the transfer data when you are done. No accounts. No external servers. Stillness is for people who want meditation to stay simple: a timer, gentle cues, useful reminders, private progress, and space to practice.

Meditation Stillness is a calm, focused meditation timer for people who just want to sit and breathe — no social feed, no course library, no leaderboards. Just your practice, and a tool that quietly supports it. No account is required and no data is collected. Your sessions, streaks, and progress live on your device — or in your own iCloud account. If you decide not to upgrade, Basic mode has everything you need to continue your practice. TIMER Set your session length — from 1 minute to several hours — and let it run. Interval bells help you stay present without watching the clock. The timer keeps running and the bells still ring with the screen locked. Choose from a variety of ambient sounds, bell sounds, and interval bell sounds to accompany your meditation. PROGRESS The app tracks your sessions, streaks, and milestones. If you choose, a daily reminder gently nudges you to meditate — and stays quiet on days you already have. Achievements mark meaningful moments in your practice without demanding perfection. There is no competitive meditation here. REFLECTIONS — NEW IN 2.0 Quotes, Gratitude, and Affirmations live on the other side of your Home tab. A curated quote and affirmation arrive each day, or write your own. Keep a gratitude list, filed by day. Save the ones you love, and pin a quote and an affirmation to your Home tab. Everything syncs between your devices through your private iCloud. FREE TRIAL, THEN YOURS Your free 15-day trial gives you full access to everything — the complete sound library, custom quick-start durations, iCloud sync across iPhone and iPad, detailed stats and calendar history, writing your own quotes, gratitude, and affirmations, and the ability to export and import your full meditation history. After the trial, Basic mode stays free for as long as you want it. You keep the timer, your stats, your streaks, and your achievements. Basic mode includes two ambient sounds and four bell sounds — enough to build a real practice without spending a thing. Your daily quote and affirmation still arrive, and everything you've saved stays. The only thing that stops is adding new ones. When you're ready to go further, a single one-time payment unlocks everything permanently — no subscription, no recurring charges, ever. WHY IT STAYS SIMPLE Meditation apps have a habit of growing louder over time. What starts as a quiet timer slowly becomes something you have to dig through just to find the meditation button. I built Meditation Stillness for myself — an app that made it easy to just start meditating. It will grow, but keeping it simple is the goal. Every feature has to earn its place, and if a new feature creates noise, I won't ship it. Try everything free for 15 days. After that, Basic mode is yours to keep — no charge, no pressure. Upgrade when it feels right.
