Your Gym. Your Outdoors. Your Data. Connected. Turn your cardio equipment into a powerful fitness tracker, or take your training outside. Thrivify Connect effortlessly links your Bluetooth FTMS gym equipment and your outdoor workouts to your Apple Watch and iPhone, offering real-time tracking, automatic logging, and seamless Apple Health syncing so every sweat session counts. Indoor treadmill, bike, rower, elliptical, or an outdoor run: monitor performance, visualize progress, and build lasting fitness habits. No more manual entry. Just seamless data. Beyond the Console: • Momentum Quest: Hit live targets for speed, power, cadence or heart rate to drain the boss's health bar. Targets are set from your own baseline, so every boss is a fair fight. Beat one and the next steps up, while your XP keeps building all session. Works on any connected machine. • Virtual Journey: Pick a real-world route and ride it on a live 3D map that moves as you move. Watch the miles tick by instead of staring at a console. • Live Diagram: Turn speed, power, cadence, heart rate and calories into rolling live charts you can read at a glance. Switch between modes anytime, mid-workout. • Machine Control: On supported FTMS machines, set target power (ERG), resistance, incline or simulated grade straight from your phone, and hold it there for the whole session. • Workout Goals: Set a duration goal before you start and watch it count down while you train — on any connected machine, whether or not its console accepts targets. Key Features: • Sync Tracked Workouts with Apple Watch: Leave your phone behind and log every session from your wrist. Start the Apple Watch workout app and your heart rate, distance, pace, and time sync straight into ours. • Real-Time Workout Tracking: Live speed, distance, time, calories and heart rate, with support for Bluetooth chest straps and armbands. • Multi-Equipment Support: Connect to treadmills, rowers, exercise bikes, stair climbers, ellipticals, and steppers. • Apple Health Integration: Automatically sync your indoor and outdoor workout data, calories burned, and active minutes directly to Apple Health. • Deep Workout Reports: Review splits, pace, cadence, heart rate zones, and your GPS route with its elevation profile, then export any report as a PDF or image. • Coach Thrivify: AI-powered workout tips, training insights, and personalized meal and workout plans. • Thrive Index: Balances your Recovery and Strain scores so you know exactly how hard to train without burning out, and tracks the Thrive Age your health trends add up to. • Workout Weather: Hourly, weather-optimized windows that tell you the best time today to head outside. • Thrivify Stream: Say goodbye to boring cardio. Stream your favorite YouTube videos inside the app while you train, with your live metrics displayed right alongside the video. Send it to the TV with AirPlay, and come back to a freshly curated playlist every day. Built for Better Fitness Results: • Track both indoor cardio and outdoor training in one complete history • Monitor calories burned and workout performance • Stay motivated with measurable progress • Make smarter, data-driven fitness decisions Compatibility: • Optimized for Bluetooth FTMS machines. Check your equipment manual for Bluetooth FTMS support to start tracking your workouts. • Machine control (ERG, resistance, incline, simulation) requires a machine that advertises those FTMS capabilities. • MyCloudFitness support is no longer available for newly registered users. Matrix ICR50 (ICR-50) or Basic-Fit Smart Bike? See live cycling data and save your rides on iPhone. Tested with the Basic-Fit Smart Bike (Matrix ICR-BF); Matrix ICR50 has not been separately tested. Wattbeat puts your bike’s power, cadence, speed, distance, energy and bike time on a clear, focused dashboard. Your bike. Your data. Your pace. • Explore interactive time charts of power, speed, cadence and, when recorded, heart rate and resistance. Hold and slide, or tap for full screen. • See power move with your cadence and keep your maximum in view. • Reconnect automatically to your remembered bike and heart rate sensor. • Add a compatible Bluetooth heart rate sensor. • Record rides locally and share your measurements as CSV. • Forward real bike power to a compatible watch or bike computer as Wattbeat Power. • Explore a clearly labelled demo without equipment. • Use Wattbeat in English or Dutch. Your own interval timer Save custom timers with optional warm-up and cool-down, hard efforts and light recovery between repetitions. Follow the countdown, rounds and progress in Your ride, in portrait or landscape. Four countdown beeps and spoken phase cues guide each change; confetti celebrates the finish. You control the resistance. Turn on Use my watch once. Wattbeat remembers your choice, starts broadcasting when new real bike power arrives and stops when you disconnect the bike. Keep Wattbeat open and check that the receiving device displays and saves the watts. Your ride in Garmin Connect and Strava Record bike power on a compatible Garmin watch, then review the saved activity in Garmin Connect. When Garmin Connect is linked to Strava, the activity can sync with its recorded power. Wattbeat does not pair directly with or upload to Strava. Advanced Strava analysis may require a separate subscription. Which indoor bikes work? • Tested hardware: Basic-Fit Smart Bike, model Matrix ICR-BF. Check the model label on your bike. • Matrix ICR50 (ICR-50): the manufacturer specifies Bluetooth FTMS. This model has not been tested separately with Wattbeat; check for live Indoor Bike Data on your exact bike. • Other indoor bikes: designed for Bluetooth FTMS with live Indoor Bike Data; these models have not been individually verified. • A Basic-Fit or Matrix logo alone does not establish compatibility. Bikes in gyms and other models may use different connections. Equipment requirements Your bike must provide Bluetooth Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) with live Indoor Bike Data. A separate heart rate sensor must provide the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service. Receiving devices must support external Bluetooth Cycling Power sensors. Bluetooth phone syncing alone is not enough. ANT+ only devices cannot connect directly to Wattbeat. Available measurements, pairing steps and simultaneous connections vary by equipment; compatibility is not guaranteed for every model. Speed and distance use metric units. On recognised JOHNSON Q24 firmware, Wattbeat learns intermediate power steps from cadence and resistance. This smooths reported steps without calibrating absolute watts. Other bikes and insufficient or invalid data retain original watts. Wattbeat does not control resistance. Calories are the bike’s estimate. A dash means no recent measurement has arrived. Only power is forwarded to a watch; other sensors can connect directly to that watch where supported. Your recordings stay on your iPhone unless you choose to share them. No Wattbeat account, ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Keep the app open while riding; test background operation and reconnection with your equipment. Wattbeat is an independent app, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Basic-Fit, Matrix, Garmin or Strava. Brand and model names identify equipment and services only.
