Your training data stays in Apple Health, on your device. BUILT FOR APPLE WATCH Plan from your iPhone, run from your wrist. Start workouts, follow guided intervals, or go for a spontaneous run — all directly from your Apple Watch. No phone needed on the run. TRAIN AT THE RIGHT INTENSITY Every workout is guided by heart rate zones or target pace, so you always run at the right effort. Easy runs stay easy. Threshold runs hit their targets. Intervals are timed and zoned. No guesswork — and pacing that guards you against overtraining. PLANS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Pick your goal, your race date, and your weekly schedule. Get a clear day-by-day plan with phases that build base, sharpen speed, and peak you for race day. Life happens? Move runs around your week with one tap. StridePlan turns a race date into a real training plan, then coaches you through the hard sessions by feel. Pick 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, set your race day, and StridePlan builds the weeks back from it so the plan lands exactly on your date. A REAL PLAN, NOT A GENERIC LIST Every plan is a proper progression: easy runs, intervals, tempo, and long runs, with cutback weeks and a taper into race week. The long run climbs week by week, then eases off so you arrive fresh. Couch to 5K plans start with run and walk intervals and build to continuous running. AN INTERVAL COACH YOU RUN BY FEEL Tap start and StridePlan runs the session for you: warm up, hard, easy jog, cool down. A big phase word, a full screen countdown, and a tone plus a haptic at every change mean you never have to look at the screen. No GPS, no pace targets to chase, just effort. Run the session from your plan, pick one from the workout library, or build your own. A RUN LOG THAT TICKS OFF THE PLAN Log a run in seconds. StridePlan computes your pace and, if you attached it to a planned session, ticks that session off. Your weekly volume chart shows planned versus logged kilometres side by side, so you can see how the block is really going. RACE DAY PLAN, PACE, AND SPLITS Export a printable, shareable Race Day Plan with your goal pace splits and every week to the finish. Enter a goal time for any distance and get your even pace and a full split table, in kilometres or miles. A race countdown keeps the date front of mind. MORE OF YOUR STRIDE See your plan progress at a glance, a Today card for your next session, personal records drawn from your own runs, and quick race day splits from your goal time. Turn on one daily reminder at a time you choose. FREE AND PRO Free includes the first two weeks of any plan, the interval coach on those weeks, the full workout library, the run log with your last 30 days, the pace calculator, and the race countdown. StridePlan Pro opens every week through race day, custom interval builder, your full run history, and export of a printable plan PDF and a run log CSV. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one time lifetime unlock; the price is shown in the App Store before you buy. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no tracking, and the privacy label is simply Data Not Collected. TRAINING TOOL, NOT MEDICAL ADVICE StridePlan gives you general training templates, not personal coaching or medical advice. Build up gradually, listen to your body, and check with a doctor before starting a new program. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation applies at the end of the current period. The lifetime option is a one time purchase, not a subscription.
