StudentTenants.org helps college students find off campus housing with honest information from the students who actually lived there. Browse more than 14,000 apartments near universities across the country, then see what other student tenants have to say before you sign anything. REVIEWS THAT TELL YOU WHAT MATTERS Every review answers the questions that count: how the apartment rated across management, maintenance, and value, whether the reviewer would rent again, and more. HOLD PROPERTY MANAGERS ACCOUNTABLE When a landlord withholds a deposit, ignores maintenance, or violates your lease, document it. File a report backed by photo and document evidence, and our moderators review every submission before it goes live. Repeated problems surface as landlord pattern insights on every listing, so the next student sees the track record before they sign. Reports are published anonymously and evidence is automatically redacted. Property owners never see your name or contact information. FIND YOUR FIT Search by university, filter by price, bedrooms, and 15 amenities, and view everything on an interactive map. Tell us your budget and lifestyle priorities and we will highlight the apartments that match. Compare your top picks side by side. SAVE AND STAY AHEAD Save apartments you are considering and get notified when their price, availability, or ratings change. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS Browse tenant rights guides for your state so you rent near a campus, not in the dark. BUILT FOR STUDENTS Free to use. No listing fees, no broker spam. Just the information you wish your friends had told you before you signed your lease. Questions? Visit studenttenants.org/help Student Tenants is operated by Student Tenants Association LLC.
