Most lacrosse injuries never involve contact. The ACL, the hamstring, the shooter's shoulder — they go on a cut, on a dodge, on a cold first step. LAXProtocol is the warm-up, speed and strength work that guards against them, filmed rep by rep with Cape Concierge PT, a Cape Cod physical-therapy practice. Over 80 drills across six sections, each with its cues written out. Not a video library to scroll — a structure a coach can actually run: what to do before practice, what builds the armor, and what you owe your body afterwards. THE WALL KEEPS SCORE Wall ball is the sport's daily ritual, and the app gives it a set list with real names — the Starter Five, the 250s, and the tiers a day streak opens. Timed rounds run themselves; rep rounds wait for your Done and tick an honest pace. A ball-down key keeps a clean-rep percent beside the finish, and a balance ledger shows how your wall time splits between your hands — because lacrosse is the sport where the weak hand has no hiding place. All of it stays on your phone. THE FILM ROOM, ON THE FIELD Start a session and its film saves to your phone, so a turf field with no bars still plays every clip; Settings can keep the whole library. Sideline mode blows up the controls and brightens the screen, and touch lock shrugs off a stick bump. The session clock runs practice by hand, on timed reps and rest, or in stations, and calls the next drill out loud. Your playlist keeps going underneath, mirror flips a clip for a lefty, and AirPods, a clicker or Siri can run it. NO ACCOUNT, NO SETUP There is no sign-in, no password and no roster. Download it and more than 15 free drills are already there — at least one in every section — including the prehab core and three printable handouts. Nothing to set up before a practice you are already late for. SEE WHAT YOU ARE GETTING Every filmed drill shows a real frame from its own footage, locked Pro drills included, so you see what is behind the paywall before you pay. LAXPROTOCOL PRO Pro unlocks the rest of the library: the speed and agility ladder, the full strength block, stickwork and dodging, and the whole recovery section. Choose a monthly or annual plan, or the lifetime unlock — every way in opens the same drills. Both plans start with a week-long free trial for new subscribers and renew automatically at the price shown until canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings or in the app's Settings. The lifetime unlock never renews and never expires. Restore with the same Apple Account. Which drills are free is a coaching call that may change as the program develops. Terms of Use: https://playprotocol.tatzel-labs.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://playprotocol.tatzel-labs.com/laxprotocol-privacy SIDELINE TOOLS • Sweat rate — weigh in, weigh out, get a real fluid target instead of a guess • Hop symmetry — a single-leg hop screen with left/right difference worked out for you • Workload — acute-to-chronic ratio, so a training spike shows before it costs you a player • Heat check — heat-index guidance against the usual practice bands These are screening tools for a coach, not a diagnosis, and the app says so where you use them. Anything that hurts goes to a clinician. HANDOUTS FOR PARENTS AND PLAYERS Clean one-pagers you can text to a parent or print for the locker room. BUILT TO BE READABLE ON A FIELD Type scales with your text size, VoiceOver reads every control, and six coats of paint, from old-school slate to dyed-mesh neon, are mixed for daylight and night. PRIVACY, PLAIN-LANGUAGE • No advertising, no analytics, no tracking SDKs of any kind • No health data — the sideline tools work out a number on your device and keep nothing • Nothing is sold or shared, because nothing is collected The program — the drills, the progression, the coaching — is built with Cape Concierge PT. The app is published and supported by Tatzel Labs LLC. Questions? Email support@tatzel-labs.com.
