The clearest difference is rating: Mainstreem at 5.0 against VURT's 4.3. Mainstreem also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 82%). VURT's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (16 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
