Fastlingo is built for calm, consistent progress. Instead of random phrases or grammar dumps, you learn through 10,000 carefully-graded sentences—each with a clear, concise grammar note. Every step adds just a bit more, so you keep moving without burnout, from A1 beginner to B2. Why Fastlingo works Continuous progression: Sentences are ordered so each one builds on the last—no jumps, no gaps. Micro-learning design: Small chunks of information that never overwhelm. Grammar that clicks: One focused explanation per sentence to make patterns stick. Largest organized set: 10k sentences curated for smooth, predictable growth. Four languages: German, Spanish, French, and English. How you’ll learn Start with very simple sentences. Read the brief grammar tip attached to each. Advance as you feel ready—each new sentence adds one manageable idea. Reach B2 with confidence built step by step. Perfect for self-learners who want structure without stress. • Learn Naturally: Build your speaking skills with real-life sentences. • Practical Grammar: Understand grammar in context, not as abstract theory. • Step-by-Step: Find your own pace and learn in a relaxed way. • Boost Retention: Key grammar concepts and vocabulary are repeated to ensure you retain them. • Modern method: Use the practice mode to make your learning more efficient. • Pronunciation: Record your own voice and compare it to the recording of the teacher or the text-to-speech voice. Also use voice recognition to test and improve your pronunciation. Terms of use (EULA) https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

About

Runa

Features

Runa listens to you say a phrase and tells you exactly which word came out wrong. Not a score you can't act on — the specific word, what it sounded like instead, and where your timing drifted from the reference. In 85+ languages, including the ones no other app supports. PRACTISE YOUR OWN WORDS Every other app gives you its content. Runa lets you paste yours. The sentences from your residency exam sheet. Your colleagues' names, which you've been getting wrong for eight months. The twelve phrases you need for your first hospital shift. Paste any text and Runa splits it into practisable phrases, generates the audio, and adds the romanisation. SEE WHAT WENT WRONG After each attempt, your waveform sits under the reference, aligned word by word. You see not just that the third word failed but where — the rushed syllable, the swallowed ending, the pause in the wrong place. Every missed word shows what was actually heard. THE LANGUAGES NOBODY ELSE COVERS Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Georgian, Ukrainian, Thai, Finnish, Hungarian, and 80 more. If you're learning a language with no pronunciation tool, this is the one. FIVE MINUTES A DAY Rounds are five to eight phrases. Spaced repetition brings a phrase back the day before you'd forget it. A missed attempt moves it one step back, never all the way to the start — one bad morning shouldn't cost you three weeks. SOUND LAB Runa watches which sounds you keep missing and builds drills around them. Minimal pairs for the contrasts that trip up learners of your specific language: ķ against k in Latvian, ü against u in German, tone contrasts in Thai. WHAT THE SCORE ACTUALLY MEANS Runa checks whether a speech recognition model, told to expect your target language, understood what you said. That means "clearly understandable", not "indistinguishable from a native speaker" — and we say so rather than pretending otherwise. It's the right bar for being understood at a counter, in a meeting, or in an exam. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account, no email, no sign-in. Your decks, your recordings and your progress live on your phone and are never uploaded. Audio passes through our server only to be transcribed, and is never stored. Runa asks for two permissions: the microphone, and optionally notifications for a daily reminder. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
