Sync Period tracks cycles locally and supports private sharing with a partner or friend. Log periods, symptoms, moods, and notes; view your calendar and pattern summaries; set optional reminders; and import supported Flo, Clue, Drip, or generic CSV data after reviewing what Sync can recognize. Your cycle history is encrypted on your device. Private predictions adapt to your recent cycle history and confirmed corrections entirely on your device. Sync shows a likely-start window and confidence level, learns recurring pre-period patterns, and can use an enabled BBT signal or positive ovulation test without uploading those health details. Predictions become more cautious when history is sparse or variable. Partner sharing is optional and off by default. You choose which supported cycle details to share. Updates are end-to-end encrypted and require the complete private invite to open. Each encrypted relay update expires after no more than 30 days; active sharing renews that rolling expiration when a new update is published. Recent physical symptoms and flow, sex-drive and intimacy check-ins, and moods are three separate opt-ins that can each be turned off again. Intimate sharing is off by default and never indicates consent. Discharge, medications, written notes, and other sexual details remain private. Sync Period has no ads, no behavioral analytics SDKs, and no required account. You can export a private backup or permanently delete local app data at any time. Cycle predictions and pattern summaries are estimates. Sync Period does not provide diagnosis, contraception, or medical advice.

About

Queenie

Queenie is a cycle app that's actually about you. Most apps just track your period. Queenie learns your patterns from your own data, gives you a heads up on what's coming, and helps you work with your body instead of against it, your energy, your training, your food, even when to make the big decisions. KNOW WHAT'S COMING See the energy dips, the strong weeks, and the phase shifts before they catch you off guard. No more being blindsided by your own body. IT LEARNS YOU, NOT "WOMEN IN GENERAL" The more you log, the more Queenie speaks to your patterns. And she's honest when she's still working you out, no guru certainty, just your own data handed back to you. YOUR WHOLE LIFE, IN SYNC - Training adapted to your phase, push when you can handle it, ease off when you can't - Food that matches your energy through the month - A warm, smart chat that knows where you are in your cycle and what's gone on before WHAT MAKES HER DIFFERENT - Personal, not generic, built around your data, not the average woman - Honest, when the science is mixed, Queenie tells you - Private, we will never sell your health data, ever - Not built to keep you hooked, Queenie helps you, then lets you go Grounded in the work of leading women's physiology researchers. YOUR FIRST 2 MONTHS ARE FREE No card, no catch. Queenie is an educational wellness tool. It is not medical advice and not a contraceptive.
