Plan your day. Then see how long it actually took. Most task apps only record whether you finished something. Timlin measures the time you actually spent and puts it next to what you planned. β–  Planned vs. actual Start a timer on any task. Timlin logs the real duration and shows it against your estimate. After a few days, patterns appear β€” the 30-minute task that always takes 50. β–  A vertical timeline for the day Drop tasks onto the timeline and drag to adjust start and end times. You can see the density of your day at a glance, and notice when it's overloaded. β–  Brain dump Write everything down first. Decide order and timing later. β–  Focus timer Tap a task to start. The remaining time stays visible, and the measured time becomes your record. β–  Built for plans that change Long-press to move tasks around when the day shifts. Timlin doesn't assume you'll follow the plan exactly. β–  Pricing Timlin requires a Timlin Pro subscription. A 3-day free trial is included β€” cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. Timlin Pro includes: - Daily timeline planning - Time tracking and logs - Brain dump - Focus timer - Morning carry-over - AI planning and task breakdown - Google Calendar sync - Automatic rescheduling - Themes and colors Monthly / Yearly / Lifetime options available. β–  Made by one person Built by an indie developer in Japan, originally for personal use. Check

Check is a simple to-do app for focusing on what you have to do today. The same tasks sync across Mac, iPhone and iPad through iCloud. β–  Type it the way you say it Write "tomorrow 3pm meeting !! #work 30 min before" and Check sets the due date, time, priority, list and alarm all at once. β–  Focus on today Today shows tasks due today plus anything you add to My Day. Organize the rest with the Important, Planned, All and Completed smart lists, and with your own lists β€” each with its own color and icon. β–  Never forget Alarms (with sound) and notifications (a quiet banner) are set separately. Choose a specific time, or 5 minutes to 1 week before the due time β€” or use both. Pick one of three alarm sounds and a snooze interval per task. From a notification you can complete the task or be reminded later. β–  Keep the details Steps (subtasks), notes, priority, and repeats β€” every day, weekdays, every week, every 2 weeks, every month, every year, or a custom rule such as the 25th of every month, the last day of the month, every 3 months, or every 2 weeks on Mon and Wed. Drag and drop to reorder or move between lists. β–  Widgets Today's tasks, upcoming alarms, today's progress, and any list β€” on your Home Screen, desktop or Lock Screen. Complete a task right from the widget. β–  Made for Mac Keep a small window on your desktop, float it in front of other apps, check today's tasks from the menu bar, and use keyboard shortcuts throughout. β–  Privacy Your tasks are stored only on your devices and in your private iCloud database. No ads, no analytics. β–  Pricing Check Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with a 1-week free trial (monthly or yearly). One subscription covers Mac, iPhone and iPad. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free period ends, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings.
