The Pack TFCC is the app for registered families and staff of the Pack TFCC clubs: Palatine Pack and Plainfield Pack, youth track and cross country clubs in Palatine and Plainfield, Illinois. Pick your club once; after that it is your club's own schedule, roster and coaches. Everything the season needs, in one place: Schedule — Every practice and meet, with times, locations and directions. RSVP for each of your athletes in one tap, and add the season to your phone's calendar. Announcements — Club news, cancellations and meet information, sorted, searchable and pinned when it matters. Cancellations and schedule changes reach your phone immediately. Records — The club record board, by event and by grade band. Parents submit a personal best, a coach verifies it, and only then does it reach the board. Messages — Reach your athlete's coaches directly, without swapping phone numbers. BUILT FOR A YOUTH CLUB, NOT ADAPTED FROM ONE Messaging is the part that got the most thought, because it is the part that matters most: - A coach and a child never get a private channel. Every conversation happens inside that family's own thread, where the guardians see every message. - Nothing disappears quietly. A message can be edited for fifteen minutes and the original stays visible. Reported messages are removed from view by club administrators within 24 hours, and the original is kept in a sealed archive for child safety. - Any message can be reported to club administrators, and any family can block a staff member at any time. - Athletes can have their own account only from age 13, and only if a guardian switches it on. The limit is enforced by the server, not by the app. NO ADS, NO TRACKING There is no advertising in this app, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone. What the club holds and who can see it is written out in full in the privacy policy. WORKS AT THE TRACK The schedule and the roster stay readable with no signal, which is the situation most meets actually happen in. GETTING IN Access is limited to registered Pack families. You will need the family access code from your registration email to link your account to your athletes. Coaches and administrators are added by the club.
