Do you want to plan the perfect backyard pizza party? This app is for you! The app gives you a simple, easy to use tool to scale dough recipes to match the number of pizzas you want to prepare. Most importantly, it comes with well-tested recipes for dough yield consistent results in a backyard pizza oven or in a home oven with a pizza stone. The app provides you the ability to add your own recipes and stores details about parties you designed using the app. Finally, there's a set of tips that will help you plan ahead and ensure success. The dough calculations are based on what is known as baker's percentages (percent of flour by weight). To successfully use this type of recipe, you need a digital scale that measures in grams.
