During your workout, Paceo displays: • Current walk or run interval • Time remaining in the interval • Total workout duration • Distance traveled • Live heart rate Pause and resume whenever needed, then review your completed activities directly on your watch. Workout history includes duration, distance, average pace, average heart rate, time spent walking and running, interval pattern, and start and finish times. Paceo uses HealthKit for workout sessions and heart-rate access. Your Paceo activity history, preferences, and interval settings are stored locally on your Apple Watch without CloudKit synchronization. No account or companion iPhone app is required.
