Eclose is a local-first GLP-1 injection and weight journal. No app account is required, and there are no ads or analytics SDKs. Your records are stored on your device by default. RECORD WHAT HAPPENED Enter your own injection date, medication, dose, interval, site and notes. Log your weight, then look back through your history and calendar. You choose and enter every medication detail. REMINDERS AND PERSPECTIVE Set local reminders with medication names and doses hidden by default. Review your entries, weight trends and progress toward a goal you set yourself. Statistics describe personal records, not treatment outcomes. FREE EVERYDAY FEATURES Logging, reminders, Apple Health, all raw history, CSV export, 7/30-day daily trends for any period, and the plan-date and latest-weight widgets are free. PRO · YEARLY OR LIFETIME Choose an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Eligible new subscribers can try the yearly option free for one month. Pro adds six-month, year and all-history trends, weekly and monthly aggregation, premium widgets, the Apple Watch companion experience and watch face complications, and period record PDF reports. The app shows your local App Store price, trial eligibility and renewal terms before purchase. Manage or cancel a yearly subscription in your Apple Account settings; restore purchases with the same Apple Account. YOUR CHOICES Optionally connect Apple Health to read weight and height and write weights you enter manually. You can revoke access and continue using manual records. You can optionally turn on iCloud sync in Settings > Data, or create an encrypted backup file to restore on another device. Exports and sharing are initiated by you. System backups follow your Apple device settings. FOR RECORD KEEPING Eclose does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend doses or injection sites, or replace a clinician. Follow your prescription and your clinician for medical decisions. Privacy Policy: https://eclose.axonlume.com/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
