Soluklan is a breathing exercise app that listens to your breath. Breathe in as the circle grows, out as it shrinks. The app follows your rhythm through the microphone and shows you, cycle by cycle, how closely you kept to it. IPHONE, IPAD, IPHONE DUO AND APPLE WATCH The same app runs full size on iPad and iPhone Duo. On Apple Watch, gentle taps give the rhythm. In a shared session the phone listens to your breath and the watch measures your heart rate. Apple Health: heart rate is read from Health and charted in the report. If you choose, sessions that count are saved to Health as mindful minutes, and nothing else is written. FEEDBACK THAT HEARS YOUR BREATH Most apps just run a timer. Soluklan hears your inhale and your exhale: which cycle you were late on, how long your exhale lasted, how smooth the sound was, whether air leaked during the holds. After the session you get a score out of 100, a short headline, what went well and a few concrete tips. You can open every measurement. LONG SESSIONS AND BATTERY SAVING Sessions can last up to 20 minutes, depending on the technique. Long sessions get a soft chime now and then and a report split into parts, so you see what happened where. Battery saving turns on by itself when the battery runs low or the device warms up, or you can keep it on. SIXTEEN TECHNIQUES, ALL WELL-KNOWN METHODS Coherent Breathing, Box Breathing, Triangle Breathing, Deep and Slow, Extended Exhale, Physiological Sigh, 4-7-8, Pursed Lip, Energizing Breath, Humming Bee, Ocean Breath, Alternate Nostril, Left Nostril, Right Nostril, Cooling Breath and Kapalabhati. Each explains what it is good for, how to do it and common mistakes, with a guided round to try. Where the evidence is thin, we say so. PROGRAMS In a program you do the same technique for the same length every day. The app tracks the day you are on and warns you if you start missing. The first program is a 28-day Physiological Sigh: five minutes a day. When it ends you see how much you completed and how your scores moved. IT STARTS FROM YOU A short intake on first launch: why you are here, how familiar you are with breathing exercises, how much time you have, when you practise. Your answers order the suggestions, set the default length and decide how simple or detailed the interface is. The answers stay on your device and can be changed any time. IT MAKES THE HABIT EASIER A daily streak, dozens of achievements, a personal summary and your session history. Miss a day and a streak shield protects it. Out of shields, you can still repair it within a few days. Milestones, ready-made and your own, are marked on the calendar. The weekly summary shows what changed against last week. Share a finished session, your streak or a milestone you reach as a card. Suggested session length is a range based on your experience and recent sessions of that technique. Reminder days, times, count, quiet hours and wording are all yours. WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITY See your streak in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and start a session with one tap. During a session, time left and the cycle show on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. PRIVACY Audio is never recorded: the microphone runs only during a session and only the momentary sound level is used. Session summaries, settings and intake answers stay on your device and sync through your own iCloud account. No ads, no tracking. To help us improve the app, you can share an anonymous session summary, an anonymous usage summary and audio samples. Each is a separate choice you can turn off any time. A short, skippable rating question may also appear. NOTE Soluklan is a relaxation and focus exercise app. It does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. If you feel unwell, stop the session and return to your normal breathing. Some techniques are not for everyone: based on the health notes you mark in the intake, the app steers you away from certain techniques and shortens the length.
