About

Nanda

Features

Nanda shows the day-ahead electricity price for today and tomorrow, quarter-hour by quarter-hour, colour-coded, no account needed. On a dynamic tariff the price changes every 15 minutes. Nanda makes it visible when power is cheap, so the washing machine, the heat pump or the car charges while the curve is low. THE WHOLE DAY AT A GLANCE 96 quarter-hours as a bar chart: green for cheap, amber for average, red for expensive. Drag across the chart to read any moment exactly. TOMORROW, THE MOMENT IT IS SET The day-ahead auction publishes in the early afternoon. Nanda fetches it in the background and shows it as soon as it is there. THE CHEAPEST WINDOW Nanda finds the cheapest run of the day, start time, length and average price. EXCHANGE PRICE OR THE REAL END PRICE On request Nanda adds grid fees, electricity tax, surcharges, the concession fee and VAT. Every item can be edited, so anyone who knows their tariff can enter their own figures. NOTIFICATIONS Get told when the price drops below your threshold, when the cheapest window of the day is about to start, or when the price goes negative. HOME SCREEN WIDGET Current price, the shape of the day and the next cheap window, right on the home screen. GERMANY AND AUSTRIA Bidding zone DE-LU or AT, switchable in the settings. No account, no ads, no tracking. Nanda collects no data about you. Data source: Bundesnetzagentur | SMARD.de, retrieved through the energy-charts.info API (Fraunhofer ISE), licensed under CC BY 4.0. Note: Nanda shows market data, not a bill. What you actually pay depends on your contract.
