Stride is the companion app for everyone on a Stride Pharmacy treatment plan — built to help you stay on track, stay safe, and stay in touch with your care team between deliveries. It's included free with every Stride treatment, and ready to use as soon as your order is confirmed — no need to wait for your medication to arrive. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH STRIDE Scan — Log meals in seconds. Snap a photo or scan a barcode and Stride does the rest, so you're not stuck searching food databases. Track — Keep an eye on your daily water and protein intake as you go, building a clear picture of your habits without end-of-day guesswork. Weigh — Connect a Bluetooth smart scale and your weight syncs automatically, so your progress chart stays current without typing in a single number. Nudge — Get reminders that fit your routine. Stride learns your patterns and nudges you when it's useful, not on a fixed schedule that doesn't suit you. Support — Something not feel right? Message our GPhC-registered pharmacist team directly through Ask Stride, with a clear path to the wider clinical team if you need more support. If you're on an injectable treatment, Stride also helps you map and rotate injection sites over a four-week cycle, so you always know where — and when — you last injected. Your monthly progress, including your BMI trend and treatment notes, is shared securely with your prescriber to support your ongoing care — so every review is based on real data, not guesswork. Stride is for existing Stride Pharmacy patients. You'll need an active treatment plan to use the app — visit stridepharmacy.co.uk to get started. Stride Pharmacy is a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (registration number 9013195), overseen by a Superintendent Pharmacist.
