Setva
Read full descriptionHide full description
Setva helps you keep your GLP-1 treatment on track: every dose, every side effect, every week. Log a shot in two taps. See where your medication level sits today. Find out why some days feel harder than others. YOUR LEVEL, DRAWN FROM YOUR OWN DOSES Setva plots an estimated medication level curve from published half-life data and your real dose history. You can see the climb after a shot, the peak, and the long slope down before the next one. It is an educational estimate, labelled as such on every screen that shows it. It is not a blood measurement and it is not medical advice. DOSE DAY, HANDLED A time-sensitive reminder gets through Focus on shot day, and if you have not logged by the evening, it asks again. A Live Activity sits on your Lock Screen until the dose is in. Taking a daily pill instead? Setva tracks oral doses too, with a fasting timer for the wait after you take it. TWO TAPS, AND THE SITE IS PICKED FOR YOU The body map remembers where your last shots went and suggests the next site in the rotation. Tap it, confirm, done. PATTERNS BY CYCLE DAY Log nausea, fatigue, reflux or headache with one tap and an intensity. Setva lines them up against the day of your dose cycle, so instead of "some days are awful" you get "day 2 is your rough one". Weight goes in with a moving-average trend, no drama. ON THE SCREENS YOU ALREADY LOOK AT - Home Screen widget with your curve or a countdown to the next dose - Lock Screen widget with the days to go - Live Activity and Dynamic Island on dose day - Apple Watch app to log a dose and check the curve from your wrist APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU WANT IT Optional weight sync both ways, asked for only when you switch it on. On iOS 26 Setva can also read the medications you log in the Health app. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no sign-up, no server of ours. Everything you log lives on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, and you can delete all of it from the You tab in one go. WHAT SETVA IS NOT Setva does not suggest doses, does not change your prescription and is not a medical device. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Always talk to your prescriber before you change anything about your treatment. Setva is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly. Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Saxenda and Victoza are trademarks of Novo Nordisk. Mounjaro and Zepbound are trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. Brand names appear only so you can identify the treatment you were prescribed. SUBSCRIPTION Full access to Setva requires an auto-renewing subscription. Plans: 79.99 USD per year or 12.99 USD per week. There is no free trial. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings. Verdict
Gloe and Setva are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters โ price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them โ neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. Gloe sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Setva sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
