Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Whack A Braille at 5.0 against TableEx's 4.1. Whack A Braille also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). TableEx's advantage is ratings volume (48 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
