Billiard Assistant is a scorebook and a practice plan for pocket billiards — 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball. Everything lives on this phone. No account, no sign-in, no server: open the app and start scoring. KEEP SCORE — TWO FORMATS • Points: each round records what every player won or lost; the last player balances out. Every round adds up to zero, so the book can never drift. • Racks: each rack won scores 1 point — fits 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball. • Any number of players, renamed or reordered while you play. • Shuffle the breaking order in the app instead of tossing a coin. • Made for standing at the table: large numbers, one-tap entry, readable at a glance. • Or say the round out loud - "Alex minus 1, Ben minus 2" - and the app fills in the points for you to check before saving. • Hand a match to a friend's phone with a QR code — no network needed. SETTLE UP • Shared costs — table time, drinks, a ride home — split across the group, with whoever fronted the money paid back first. • Something one person bought for themselves stays out of the split but stays in the book. • If your group agreed beforehand what a point is worth, enter that rate and the app works out who pays whom, reduced to the fewest transfers. • The app never takes, holds or transfers money. It does the arithmetic; you settle up in person. PRACTICE • 27 drills, each with a ball-layout diagram drawn to real 9ft table proportions, a cue-tip contact point, and a clear pass mark. • Log every attempt — the app tells you whether you are actually improving, not whether you remember it that way. • 5 skill levels with a graduation checklist for each. LEARN • Rules and technique for 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball. • 101-term glossary of table talk. • 15 common mistakes, each with how to spot it and how to fix it. • A shape solver: drag the cue ball and see where it goes. BILLIARD ASSISTANT+ One purchase, yours for good — not a subscription. It unlocks the Analysis tab: • Your score trend, match by match • Head-to-head record against every player you have logged • Profit and loss by week, month, year or all time, for groups that convert points at settle-up • Strengths and weak spots pulled out of your practice history • Ad-free FREE FOREVER Scoring, settling up, sharing and every lesson: no limits.
