About

PulseFit

Features

Bring your Apple Health activity and sleep records together with a daily check-in. PulseFit helps you see the numbers alongside how you feel, without requiring an email address to get started. SEE YOUR DAY With your permission, view available sleep, steps, heart rate, HRV, and workout information from Apple Health. See a recovery overview based on the data available to the app. The information shown depends on your devices, data sources, and permissions. Recovery scores are app-generated reference indicators, not medical measurements. ADD HOW YOU FEEL Record your mood, add notes and tags, and enter supported metrics manually. Include everyday context such as stress, fatigue, and training feedback. An Apple Watch is not required for manual check-ins. Automatic health readings need a compatible data source; a personal note is not a physiological measurement. START WITHOUT EMAIL Use device-only access to get started without an email address. Email-verified local accounts are optional. The current version does not provide cloud health-data sync. CHECK YOUR OWN DEVICES View status summaries with Apple Watch sync and widgets. These features require compatible devices and relevant permissions. AI IS OPTIONAL AI conversations require separate consent. When you allow AI data use, prepared health summaries, recent trends, your entries, and recent conversation turns are sent through PulseFit servers to an external AI model service to generate responses. Raw HealthKit samples are not sent. No personal API key or model setup is required. You can turn off AI data consent to stop future sending and continue using on-device features. AI requires an internet connection, can make mistakes, and is not a substitute for professional judgment. Most app records are stored on your device, but cloud AI is not processed entirely on-device. PulseFit is for everyday tracking and general information. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Consult a healthcare professional about symptoms or health concerns.
