Salibo is your organisation's physical immune system. It spots risk early, gets the right people responding and keeps a clear record of what happened, so every site becomes a little safer over time. This app is for the people who keep sites running security officers, door supervisors, site staff and frontline teams, along with the operational and site managers who lead them. Getting started 1. Download Salibo from the App Store or Google Play. 2. Sign up and find your organisation by name. 3. Choose how you'll use Salibo. Select Frontline Staff if you're out on the ground keeping sites running, or Manage Teams if you're an operational or site manager leading them. 4. Create your profile and add your details. 5. Your employer checks your details and approves your account. Once you're approved, you're ready to go. How a shift works 1. Your manager or client posts the job. 2. You see the job description, timings and tasks, so you know exactly what's expected before you arrive. 3. Confirm you're taking the job. 4. When you get to site, check in using GPS. 5. Your management team confirms your attendance, and you're on shift. Everything you need for the shift is on your phone, and if anything changes, a push notification lets you know straight away. You can message your manager in the app, sending a text, voice note or video, so questions get answered and updates reach the right person without a phone call. When you check out, your hours are recorded automatically, giving you a reliable record of the time you've worked. Managers can also see who's on site at a glance, without having to ring round. 1)Report incidents just by speaking When something happens, you shouldn't be stuck writing it up for half an hour, trying to remember exactly what happened. Just talk it through while it's still fresh or as soon as you've dealt with the situation, and it's safe to do so. Salibo guides you with simple prompts: what happened, who was involved, what action you took, and whether you called the police or an ambulance. Answer in your own words, and Salibo turns what you say into a clear, structured report in seconds, with the time, date and location added for you. Tap Generate, and it's shared with your manager automatically. 2)Alerts when it matters If your organisation uses Salibo's AI CCTV, you'll be alerted when something is picked up on site, such as trespassing or loitering, so you can check it and respond quickly. 3)Keep your paperwork sorted Keep your SIA licence, right-to-work documents and training records in the app. You can update them from my account, then select personal details, then documents 4)Built for managers too Everything your team records flows into the Salibo dashboard. Operational and site managers can see attendance, incidents and compliance across one site or many, as it happens. Reports are consistent and time-stamped, ready to share with clients, insurers, auditors or the police when needed. Over time, the incidents your team records build a clearer picture of where and when problems happen, helping you plan ahead and prevent the next one. 5)Who uses Salibo Security providers and in-house security teams, as well as organisations in retail, hospitality, construction, events, logistics, housing, healthcare and facilities management. 6)Your privacy We use your location to confirm you're at your assigned site when you check in, and your voice recordings to create your incident reports. We handle your personal data in line with UK GDPR. You can read our full privacy policy at https://www.salibo.co.uk/privacy-policy. 7)Need help?
