State Distance Challenge turns your everyday workouts into a nationwide adventure. The goal is simple: complete 100 miles in every U.S. state. Whether you run, walk, hike, bike, or swim, every mile counts. There’s no finish-line pressure—just steady motivation to move more and stay consistent. Instead of choosing states freely, everyone follows the same guided route across the country. The journey begins in Florida, travels up the East Coast, winds through every state, returns to Alabama, and finishes with Alaska and Hawaii. Your miles move you forward along the route, state by state. Designed for athletes and casual movers alike, State Distance Challenge transforms your activity data into a fun, long-term challenge that anyone can complete at their own pace. How It Works Earn miles through running, walking, hiking, biking, or swimming Follow a single national route across all 50 states Complete 100 miles per state before advancing Track your progress as you move across the country Seamless Activity Tracking State Distance Challenge uses Apple Health to automatically track your workouts. If you use devices or apps like Garmin or Strava, make sure they sync activities to Apple Health so your miles are counted correctly. Built for Motivation Simple, clear progression Encourages consistency over speed Great for beginners and experienced athletes alike Turn everyday workouts into a meaningful challenge Whether you’re training for races, staying active, or just looking for a fun reason to move more, State Distance Challenge gives every mile a purpose.
