EXPERT VIDEO GUIDANCE: Every part of your training includes high-quality video demonstrations. Watch the exact movements and techniques for each item on your plan. CLEAR, CUSTOM INSTRUCTIONS: Alongside each video, you'll find specific instructions from your coach, such as sets, reps, duration, or points of focus (e.g., "3 sets of 10 reps," "Focus on explosive movement").
