Train with Pasta

Features

Pasta builds a workout or plan for you. Hold to talk ("Let's work on legs today") and let go. You get a full session: exercises, sets, reps, rest. Don't like the lunges? Say so and Pasta swaps them. Found a workout on YouTube or on a web page? Paste the link and Pasta tries its best to turn it into a session. WHILE YOU TRAIN Voice guidance during your workout, on every set and rest. Timers work on Live Activity as well as home screen Widgets. Check your heart rate using Apple Watch or any supported Bluetooth heart rate monitor. PLANS Tell Pasta what you're training for. "A half marathon in December" or "a Hyrox event in 6 weeks". It plans selected workouts around days you can train. Use Personal Context or connect Apple Health for more personalized plans. PROGRESS Workouts save to Apple Health and count toward your rings. Insights shows heart-rate zones, active minutes and training load, plus a readiness check from your latest HRV. SIRI Say "Create workouts on Pasta", or ask what's on today or whether you're ready to train. Siri answers out loud, card included. PRIVACY No account. No ads. No tracking. Apple Intelligence builds your workouts on your iPhone, and everything you track stays on your device. REQUIREMENT Requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer). WHY PASTA? Al dente means "to the tooth". Firm, with a bit of resistance. That's the whole idea. Also, you've earned a plate after leg day. MEMBERSHIP The first 7 days are free. Then $9.99 a month, $99 a year, or $299 once. Prices vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
