Built by a bus driver, for bus drivers. Take the guesswork out of your payslip. Bus Driver Logbook is a personal utility designed to help heavy vehicle drivers track shifts, monitor fatigue compliance, and estimate overtime earnings—all in one place. Whether you drive full-time, part-time, or casual, this app helps you keep an independent record of your hours to ensure you are being paid correctly. WHY USE THIS APP? Paper logbooks get lost, and calculating penalty rates manually is difficult. This app digitizes your workflow, automatically applying overtime rules to give you a clear estimate of your fortnight's earnings. KEY FEATURES: Smart Shift Logging Log start and finish times efficiently. Supports Split Shifts, Day-Offs, and multiple work periods. Roster Autofill allows you to set recurring shifts (like school terms) to save time. Overtime & Pay Estimator Stop guessing your pay. The app automatically calculates: Ordinary Hours Overtime (1.5x and 2.0x) Weekend and Public Holiday Penalties Compare the app's estimate against your official payslip to spot errors instantly. Fatigue Management Stay safe and compliant. The app monitors your roster against standard heavy vehicle fatigue rules, including: Alerts for shifts longer than 12 hours. Warnings for short breaks (less than 8 hours) between shifts. Tracking for long-cycle breaks (28-day rule). Australian Holiday Support Pre-loaded with Australian Capital Territory (ACT) public holiday data and school term dates. Automatically applies correct penalty rates when you work on a holiday. PDF Timesheets Generate a professional PDF report of your fortnight's shifts. Perfect for your own records, loan applications, or resolving payroll disputes. Privacy First No Login Required: You do not need an account to use this app. Offline Only: All data is stored locally on your device. Your roster is your private business.
