About

Workout Tail Trim

Features

Workout Tail Trim helps you remove bad data from the end of a workout before it throws off your pace, distance, route, or calories. Use it when a run, ride, walk, or other workout kept recording after you stopped. The app reads recent workouts from Apple Health, lets you choose a better ending, previews the kept route and updated metrics, and saves a new trimmed copy back to Apple Health. The original workout stays untouched. No account or login is required. Demo workouts are built in so anyone can explore the app without Apple Health permission. What you can do: - Review recent workouts from Apple Health - Use demo workouts to learn the flow without connecting Health data - Preview the kept route and updated metrics - See when a value is exact versus estimated - Save a new trimmed copy while keeping the original for comparison Important: - Apple Health access is only needed if you want to load and save real workouts - Demo data is built in, so App Review and new users can explore the app immediately
