Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Halay at 5.0 against OnWay Delivery's 4.6. Halay also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). OnWay Delivery's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
