Make a little space between the urge to scroll and opening an app. Tap Out helps you pause before using distracting apps. Choose the apps you want to block, set a short pause, and decide whether you still want to open them. • Choose your distracting apps and websites with Apple’s Screen Time controls. • Set a pause before opening a blocked app. • See pause and session countdowns in a Live Activity on supported iPhones. • Choose temporary sessions of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. • Tap Out early to block the app again and save the time left. • See your time saved and time unlocked for today or all time. Simple controls. A clear next choice. More time for the rest of your life. Screen Time access is required for blocking. Live Activities depend on your device, iOS version, system settings, and internet access for automatic starts. Time saved reflects Tap Out actions and unused session time; it is not a measurement of all time spent on your phone. Live Activities and statistics backup are optional cloud features.
