StormResQ connects Florida residents requesting non-emergency, non-911 storm assistance with verified nonprofit response organizations during and after a hurricane. Available across 35 Florida coastal counties, StormResQ gives residents one place to request assistance, share their location, and monitor the status of their request. Verified nonprofit response organizations can review requests, coordinate available teams, and communicate with residents through the platform. StormResQ was created by Global Hope Collective Corp., doing business as Hurricane Help Florida, a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. For residents: • Submit non-emergency storm assistance requests • Share your location and contact information • Track the status of your request • Request evacuation assistance • Access recovery and rebuilding resources after a storm through hurricanehelpflorida.org For verified nonprofit response organizations: • View and accept assistance requests • Match requests with available teams and capabilities • Coordinate field response through a shared map • Update request status and communicate with residents StormResQ supplements, but does not replace, 911 or government emergency services. Always call 911 first for a life-threatening emergency. Assistance through StormResQ depends on responder availability and cannot be guaranteed.
