Recapp App vs MemX

Love recommendations but struggle to remember them? Recapp is the first app designed to easily capture and organize all the suggestions you get from family and friends, as well as your own ideas about things to buy, places to go, shows to watch, restaurants to try, and more!  Indicate who suggested what, so you can thank them later.  Never forget where you wrote the recommendations and ideas down – it’s all there in one place! Use well-known categories such as restaurants, movies, streaming series, books, and others.  Or customize and create categories to fit your own interests, such as bakeries, cosmetics, or good sports bars. Add any notes, such as location, comments, or other details for future recall.  Rate a recommendation or edit or delete entries as you experience them. With Recapp, you can capture on the go.  Take a photo of a restaurant you might want to return to, or an item you may want to purchase later, and add it to your list.  Or drop a link for instant access to that key web page.  Share recommendations and ideas with friends and family!  A couple of clicks is all it takes. Easy search and filter, to find recommendations or recommenders quickly. Schedule notifications, so you can get a reminder about a show, event, or personal trainer that you want to try.

MemX is a document locker that finds things for you. Receipts, warranties, IDs, insurance cards, bills, PDFs: type what you need and MemX pulls it up in seconds. No folders, no tags, no filenames. Just search. Your important papers are scattered across your camera roll, downloads, email attachments and WhatsApp chats. MemX reads the text inside every photo and document, so you can find the one you need without remembering where you put it. TV BROKE? FIND THE WARRANTY Type "TV receipt" or "dishwasher warranty" and MemX finds the bill and the warranty card, even if it's a blurry photo from two years ago. Check your coverage before you pay for a repair visit. YOUR IDS, ALWAYS AT HAND Passport, driving licence, residence card, insurance card, PAN, Aadhaar. Search "passport" at the airport counter or "insurance card" at the clinic and it's on screen in seconds, in India or anywhere else in the world. NEVER MISS AN EXPIRY DATE MemX spots expiry and due dates inside your documents (passport, visa, insurance policy, warranty, subscription, bill) and reminds you before they run out. REMINDERS IN PLAIN WORDS Type or say it: "Remind me every Monday and Thursday to follow up with the landlord for the next six weeks." MemX sets the recurring reminders, ends them on time and keeps nudging until you mark them done. ASK, DON'T DIG "When does my car insurance expire?" "What's the warranty period on the fridge?" "How much was the electricity bill in March?" MemX answers from the document itself and shows you the document it came from. CAPTURE ANYTHING Point your camera at a receipt, prescription, business card or contract clause. Share PDFs and photos from any app, or forward documents from WhatsApp. MemX reads them and makes them searchable forever. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE Per-user encryption with keys only you control. Even the MemX team can't read your data, not as a policy but as a property of the system. Your content is never used to train AI models. Delete everything, anytime. Stop digging. Just search.
