Simple Item Finder vs ShareZPresso

Simple Item Finder is a calm home for everything you keep — the winter gloves you won't need until November, the warranty cards you'll remember to grab just before they expire, the passport you swore was in that drawer. It's not a label maker. It's not a chore. It's a notebook for your stuff. HOW IT WORKS - Build a hierarchy of locations: Home → Bedroom → Wardrobe → Top shelf - Add items with a title and an optional description — no forms, no photos - Search instantly across every title and description - Every item shows its full path back home WHY IT EXISTS Because the question "where did I put…" is one of the quietest taxes on a day. Because photos of drawers are clutter. Because Evernote is too much. FEATURES - Hierarchical locations, nested as deep as you like - Fast full-text search on title and description - iCloud sync across your Apple devices - CSV export for portability (GDPR Article 20) - 5 calm Scandinavian design themes — light and dark - Works fully offline PRIVACY Your data never leaves your device. No accounts. No servers. No tracking. No analytics. No ads. iCloud sync only if you choose — via your private iCloud account. We never see your data. Made in Germany, GDPR-compliant by design. NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO IAP €0.99 on the App Store. One-time. That's it.

ShareZPresso turns "send me that file" into one tap. Take a photo, pick a file, drop in a clip — get a clean share link instantly. Send it anywhere: SMS, WhatsApp, email, your team chat. The other side opens it in their browser, no app required, no sign-up required. THE TWO THINGS IT DOES WELL: SHARE A FILE - Pick from Camera, Photo Library, or Files - Auto-generates a short, secure share link - Allow downloads or view-only — your choice - Built-in viewers for images, videos, audio, PDFs, and text - Pull-to-refresh lists, search and filter by kind, infinite scroll SAVE A SNIPPET - Tap-to-copy text you reuse: ad replies, client questions, follow-ups - Organize into folders with a 2-column tile grid - Drag tiles around to reorder — most-used at the top - Big copy buttons with haptic feedback — paste anywhere in one tap - Offline drafts so a missed Wi-Fi moment doesn't lose your work PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: Get a tap on the wrist the moment someone opens one of your share links. No more "did you get it?" texts. PRIVACY: - No analytics SDKs, no advertising IDs, no location tracking - We collect the minimum: email to identify you, the files you choose to upload, and an APNs token if you turn on notifications - Delete anything any time — files are removed from storage immediately - Full privacy policy at share.bizapp.club/privacy Works alongside share.bizapp.club on the web — same account, same files, same snippets, on any device.
