Jindful is an AI wellness coach that plans your day around how you actually slept, ate and trained. Answer four questions at setup. Jindful works out the rest: a realistic weight and body-fat target with a date, starting weights for your main lifts, a four-week training block, and daily calorie and protein targets. Every meal and session you log feeds the next plan. FOUR PILLARS, ONE PICTURE Nutrition — Log a meal by photo or by typing it. Jindful estimates calories and macros, tracks them against targets it set for your goal, and breaks down micronutrients. Activity — Your program, session by session, with today's workout waiting. Steps, calories burned and sleep come from Apple Health, so most of it needs no logging at all. Mind — Meditation and focus sessions, mood check-ins, and a tool for riding out urges instead of acting on them. Jindful shows you which ones you're winning. Body — Weight, body fat and a muscularity read. Add a progress photo and Jindful describes what actually changed since the last one. TODAY, IN ONE CARD Your Body State card reads your last 24 hours — sleep, meals, training, recovery — and tells you what today should look like. "Fed, rested, and primed for a hard upper day" is more useful than a wall of numbers. TRENDS THAT CHANGE THE PLAN 7, 30 and 90-day views across all four pillars. Averages against goal, not just charts — and when the trend moves, your targets move with it. APPLE HEALTH Jindful reads workouts, activity, heart rate, HRV, sleep and mindfulness so you don't log them by hand, and writes back the workouts, nutrition and moods you log in the app so they count toward your rings. Granting access is optional and you choose what to share. PRIVACY Session recording is off. Progress photos are analyzed and not stored on our servers. You can delete your account, and your data with it, from inside the app. SUBSCRIPTION Jindful Pro is $9.99/month or $59.99/year, with a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. CigaretteTimer
Read full descriptionHide full description
CigaretteTimer was created for a very simple reason: to prevent a cigarette from becoming an automatic gesture. Set a minimum interval, start the timer when you smoke, and let the app keep track of the time for you. CigaretteTimer does not tell you when to smoke. It simply helps create some space between one cigarette and the next, making it easier to distinguish a conscious choice from an automatic habit. On iPhone, you can leave the app in the background and follow the timer from the Lock Screen with a Live Activity. When the interval is reached, you receive a notification with sound and haptic feedback. On Mac, CigaretteTimer stays as a small, discreet cigarette on your desktop and synchronizes with iPhone through iCloud. Main features: • adjustable interval • start a new timer at any time • quickly add or remove 5 minutes • Live Activity on iPhone • notifications, sound and haptic feedback • Mac–iPhone synchronization through iCloud • no account required • no advertising • no tracking CigaretteTimer is a personal habit-management tool and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
