Fitlapse is a strength training log built around a library of more than 180 exercises, each one shown in 3D. An animated avatar demonstrates the movement and highlights the muscles it works, so you train with good form from the first rep. 180+ EXERCISES IN 3D Machines, free weights, cables, bodyweight and cardio, from the leg press to the cable fly. Filter the library by equipment or by muscle, down to upper, middle or lower chest, and see at a glance which muscles each exercise targets. START FROM A PLAN Pick a ready-made plan in the Plans tab, from a full-body starter to push, pull, legs or a no-equipment home session, or build your own workout from the library. Make any workout repeat every week on the days you choose. LOG IN SECONDS Record weight, reps and notes set by set. Your previous set and your last workout are right there, a rest timer counts your recovery against your target, and kilograms or pounds are one switch away. EARN MEDALS AS YOU GO Every set is compared with your history as you log it: beat your best of the last 4 weeks, 4 months or all time and you earn a bronze, silver or gold medal on the spot. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Interactive charts show weight, reps and duration over time for each exercise, your personal records session by session, and how your sets are spread across muscle groups. SHARE YOUR SESSIONS Finish a workout with a summary card you can share with friends. MADE FOR YOUR ROUTINE Evening reminders and a morning recap of the day's plan, light and dark themes, default rest times and set counts, in English or French.

Ariex builds your strength plan and tracks every set. Now you can train against other people too. FILM IT, SCORE IT Record an attempt in the app, up to 30 seconds. Ariex turns reps and load into one strength score: your estimated one-rep max relative to bodyweight. Push-ups at home and bench at the gym rank on the same board. Clips only count when filmed live in Ariex, so nobody uploads an edited video. DUELS AND LEADERBOARDS - Challenge someone you follow, or send an invite link to a friend who isn't on Ariex yet - They get 24 hours to beat your score - Local and global leaderboards, with points for training, posting clips and winning duels A FEED OF PEOPLE WHO TRAIN - Follow friends, react to their attempts and comment - Nudge a friend on a day they planned a workout - Report or block anyone. A clip with 3 reports is hidden until someone reviews it PLANS THAT KEEP UP - AI plans shaped around your goal, training days, session length and equipment - Or build your own from the exercise library - A suggested weight before every set, based on your own history - Scan a gym machine to find matching exercises, or photograph your room to find furniture you can train with STREAKS THAT SURVIVE A BAD DAY Set a weekly session goal and hit it by Sunday. A missed day doesn't break the streak, and if you end up one session short, a 5-minute rescue workout counts. TRACK EVERYTHING - Log weight, reps, rest and effort during the workout - Volume, duration, personal records and full exercise history - MET-based calorie estimates - Achievements, seven of them tier up from Bronze to Diamond - Apple Health sync for workouts, calories, weight and body fat ARIEX PRO Free has 3 training plans (one AI-generated), live tracking, weight suggestions, achievements, the social feed and 30 days of history. Pro adds unlimited AI plans, machine and room scans (10 a day), Apple Health and advanced analytics with export.
