Fitlapse is a strength training log built around a library of more than 180 exercises, each one shown in 3D. An animated avatar demonstrates the movement and highlights the muscles it works, so you train with good form from the first rep. 180+ EXERCISES IN 3D Machines, free weights, cables, bodyweight and cardio, from the leg press to the cable fly. Filter the library by equipment or by muscle, down to upper, middle or lower chest, and see at a glance which muscles each exercise targets. START FROM A PLAN Pick a ready-made plan in the Plans tab, from a full-body starter to push, pull, legs or a no-equipment home session, or build your own workout from the library. Make any workout repeat every week on the days you choose. LOG IN SECONDS Record weight, reps and notes set by set. Your previous set and your last workout are right there, a rest timer counts your recovery against your target, and kilograms or pounds are one switch away. EARN MEDALS AS YOU GO Every set is compared with your history as you log it: beat your best of the last 4 weeks, 4 months or all time and you earn a bronze, silver or gold medal on the spot. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Interactive charts show weight, reps and duration over time for each exercise, your personal records session by session, and how your sets are spread across muscle groups. SHARE YOUR SESSIONS Finish a workout with a summary card you can share with friends. MADE FOR YOUR ROUTINE Evening reminders and a morning recap of the day's plan, light and dark themes, default rest times and set counts, in English or French.
