Sabel Studios vs Parable

Sabel Studios is a place where every woman can feel supported and nurtured on her unique health journey. Founded by Sarah Daher, a busy mum of five, our studio was born out of a passion to create a space where women can truly prioritise their well-being. Our approach is simple: we believe in personalised care that focuses on the whole body. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, preparing for pregnancy, or simply seeking ways to strengthen your body and mind, we’re here to help you reach your goals.
