Eki Live shows the current or next train station in your Dynamic Island and lock screen while riding above-ground trains in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Live station data appears automatically when you start riding a train. There's no need to remember to open the app. You can still open the app to follow your journey or select a parallel railway. • Accurate GPS is required for tracking – underground trains are not fully supported. • Background location permission is required to use automatic background start feature. • Dynamic Island appears on supported devices only. Railway data is provided by the Association for Open Data of Public Transportation.
