About

PizzaDose

Great pizza starts with the right dough. PizzaDose calculates it to the gram, follows it hour by hour, and now answers your questions with an AI that never leaves your iPhone. ASK THE MAESTRO — PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE AI Is it rising enough? Can I bake an hour earlier? What if the kitchen is warmer than planned? Ask the maestro. It knows the dough you have going — style, amounts, timing, phase, measured rise — and the latest notes in your Notebook, and it answers in seconds. It runs entirely on device with Apple Intelligence: no account, no server, no data leaving your phone. It even works offline. DESIGNED FOR IPHONE DUO Open iPhone Duo and PizzaDose opens with it: a wide layout with navigation, screen and your Bench side by side. The calculator puts the amounts next to the parameters, the Notebook shows grid and detail together, the maestro keeps your dough panel beside the conversation, and Oven mode gets a large dial with the controls alongside. Close it and you're back to the iPhone layout, instantly. The same layout comes to iPad. THE DOUGH, CALCULATED RIGHT Pick a style — Neapolitan, Contemporary, Thin Roman, Peel & Pinsa, Roman Pan, Milanese Pan — and set dough balls, ball weight, hydration and temperature. PizzaDose works out flour, water, salt, oil and yeast, adapting the yeast to time, temperature and fridge. Or start from the end: tell it when you want to bake and it plans backwards. YOUR DOUGH, HOUR BY HOUR Start a dough with one tap. Home shows your doughs in progress with phase, countdown and bake time; notifications remind you of every step — dividing, fridge, reactivation, proof, preheating, baking — and a Live Activity keeps the next step on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. RISE METER Photograph the container at the start and again later: line up base and surface, and PizzaDose measures how much your dough has grown, with doubling as a rough target. OVEN MODE A full-screen bake metronome, pizza by pizza: time per pizza and turns with starting values for each style and oven, haptics and sound at every turn, "Pizza 2 of 4". Always dark, screen always on. NOTEBOOK After the bake, tell how it went: rating, note and photo. Every dough is archived with its amounts and fermentation — tap "Make it again" to reload the same recipe. And share a postcard of your best pizza. SIRI AND CONTROL CENTER "How's my dough?" — ask without opening the app. Mark a phase as done, turn on Oven mode, open the timer from Control Center. AND MORE Gourmet recipes with filters by style and ingredient, cooking guidance for every oven, step-by-step techniques and a precise timer. In 10 languages, with a light theme and a warm dark theme. The maestro requires a device compatible with Apple Intelligence and a supported language. Answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.
