The clearest difference is rating: Tower Tracker at 5.0 against 3XC Events's 4.4. Tower Tracker also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). 3XC Events's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
